Brother Dan McCurdy from MSP talks about the importance of resigning expired cards. To file for a union representation election under federal law, 50 percent of a work group must submit a desire to vote in an election. The cards used to express a worker’s desire to participate in a union election, once signed, are only valid for one year. As Dan says in the video, if Delta workers whose card has expired resign their card, we could have an election tomorrow.
So, LET’S SIGN THOSE EXPIRED CARDS!!!
